Spray Foam Insulation
Spray foam is the most effective way to seal and insulate your home. We use premium closed-cell (2 lb) spray foam, which expands on contact to fill every gap, crack, and crevice — creating an airtight, high-performance barrier that dramatically reduces energy loss. Applied at more than 1.5 inches, it also acts as a vapour barrier.
Closed-Cell (2 lb) Spray Foam
The only spray foam we use. High R-value per inch (R-6 to R-7), adds structural rigidity, and resists moisture. Ideal for basements, crawl spaces, rim joists, attics, and exterior walls.
Built-In Vapour Barrier
Applied at more than 1.5 inches thick, our 2 lb closed-cell foam doubles as a vapour barrier — sealing out moisture without the need for a separate poly barrier.

Fast, Efficient, and Reliable
Blown-In Insulation
Blown-in insulation is an excellent option for topping up existing attic insulation and insulating hard-to-reach areas. We exclusively use Owens Corning ProPink® fibreglass loose-fill — a premium, proven product that won't rot, settle, or absorb moisture.
Owens Corning ProPink® Fibreglass
Premium loose-fill fibreglass that's lightweight, non-combustible, and moisture-resistant. Blown to any depth for a consistent, gap-free blanket of insulation — roughly R-2.5 per inch.
Where It Performs Best
Ideal for attic floors, topping up existing insulation, and irregular or hard-to-reach spaces. Most attics are completed in a single day.
